Citizens Bank to open new full-service branch on South Willow Street in Manchester on February 17
Mancester, N.H. (February 17, 2009) - Citizens Bank, New Hampshire has announced the opening of a new branch at 688 South Willow St. in Manchester, effective February 17.
“We’re very pleased to be opening our new branch in Manchester,” said Cathleen Schmidt, president of Citizens Bank, New Hampshire. “This is an ideal location for our customers and this new branch opening is part of Citizens’ continued commitment and approach to providing outstanding service and convenience to our customers in a way that fits in with their lifestyles.”
The 3,600 square-foot branch includes an expanded teller line, a walk-up ATM in a vestibule, as well as two drive-up teller stations and a drive-up ATM. The exterior of the building features clapboard siding and the interior has a colorful, user-friendly design.
“We expect the drive-up tellers and ATM will be particularly appealing to both our individual and business customers, as it offers incredible convenience and accommodates our customers’ busy lives,” said Executive Vice President Carol-Lynn Saliba, Citizens Bank’s Director of Retail Banking. “This branch will also include a dedicated Branch Business Banker. We can help our customers – both personal and business – plan for their futures in ways that fit their situations, budgets and financial goals.”
Saliba said the branch will host a grand opening on March 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will promote special offers during March and April. Those promotions include a $25 bonus for individuals who open personal checking accounts with at least $500 deposits and $50 closing bonuses on all new home equity loans and lines. The promotional period for both offers runs from February 17 to April 27 and is available only at the 688 South Willow Street branch office.
“In addition to the great rates we’re offering on our money market accounts, home equity loans and lines of credit, we will also be offering free ‘Fit Checkups’ for our customers to help them manage their finances to meet their goals,” said Saliba. Fit Checkups are one-on-one consultations with a Banker who can help a customer select the products and services that best fit their borrowing and savings needs.
