Citizens Bank says it ranks as top Small Business Administration Lender in Delaware for fifth-consecutive year
WILMINGTON, DE (October 3, 2006) - Citizens Bank in Delaware today said it ranks as the No. 1 Small Business Administration Lender in Delaware. This is the fifth consecutive year that Citizens Bank is Delaware’s top SBA lender.
In Delaware, Citizens Bank topped all SBA lenders in the number of loans, making more than 120 loans totaling more than $5.5 million. The No. 1 ranking is based on the number of SBA loans made by Citizens Bank from October 1, 2005 and through September 30, 2006, the end of SBA fiscal year.
Citizens Bank also said it ranks as the No.1 SBA lender in Pennsylvania and throughout New England. Citizens Financial Group also said it ranks as the No. 2 SBA lender in the nation for the fifth consecutive year, making more than 6,800 loans totaling more than $320 million.
