Home Equity Line of Credit Calculator
Use this calculator to determine the size of the home equity line of credit you can receive. The size of the line of credit for which you may qualify is calculated by taking a percentage of the appraised value of your home (the Loan to Value) and subtracting out the balance of your first mortgage. Approval is based upon credit and income guidelines, as well as the bank's appraisal of your home.
