A: As a Citizens Bank credit cardholder, you will automatically earn 10X points for every $1 spent on gas, grocery and drug store purchases for the first 90 days. After 90 days, you can earn 3 Everyday Points for every $1 spent on credit card purchases when you have a Citizens checking account with an Everyday points debit card.

A: There are no application fees for applying.
Q: How long will it take to process my application?
A: In most cases, it takes two weeks. However, it may take up to 30 days to process your application.

A: You can use your card at millions of MasterCard® locations worldwide – including online. No card is accepted in more places.
Q. How can I make balance transfers with my card?
A: It’s easy. Just use the Balance Transfer checks in your Welcome materials. You may also go online or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-684-2222 for more information.
Q: Will any balance transfer(s) I make appear on my next statement?
A: Balance transfers can take up to four weeks to process. Continue to pay the minimum monthly payments on the accounts you designate until the balance transfer payments appear as credits on those accounts.
