Q: How much Green$ense Cash can I earn from my eligible Green$ense Credit Card transactions?
A: Once you make 10 qualifying transactions from your Green$ense checking account or Debit Card, you earn 30¢ per eligible transaction, up to $30 per month and up to an additional $360 per year with your Green$ense Credit Card.*
Q: How will I receive my Green$ense Credit Card Cash reward?
A: Your Green$ense Credit Card Cash will be automatically deposited into your enrolled Green$ense checking account once per calendar month.
Q: Is it a requirement to enroll in Online Account Access and Online Statements?
A: Yes, to enroll follow these three easy steps:
- First, go online to www.citizensbank.com/creditcard and log into Access My Card.
- Sign up for Online Account Access and Online Statements for your new Green$ense credit card.
- Provide a valid email address to help reduce paper communication.

A: There are no application fees for applying.
Q: How long will it take to process my application?
A: In most cases, it takes two weeks. However, it may take up to 30 days to process your application.
Q: Is the information I submit on this application secure?
A: Yes. We use the highest form of Internet security technology. This ensures that the private and personal information you are submitting remains secure and confidential.
Q: Will I receive some sort of confirmation after I submit the online application?
A: Yes. After you submit your application, a confirmation page will appear on your screen. It may take a few moments, so please do not interrupt your browser during this process.
Q. Is there an annual fee for the card?
A: No. You won't be charged an annual fee for the Citizens Bank Greensense Platinum MasterCard®.

A: You can use your card at millions of MasterCard® locations worldwide – including online. No card is accepted in more places.
Q. How can I make balance transfers with my card?
A: It’s easy. Just use the Balance Transfer checks in your Welcome materials. You may also go online or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-684-2222 for more information.
Q: Will any balance transfer(s) I make appear on my next statement?
A: Balance transfers can take up to four weeks to process. Continue to pay the minimum monthly payments on the accounts you designate until the balance transfer payments appear as credits on those accounts.
