Christopher R. Carmosino - Christopher R. Carmosino was named President of RBS Business Capital in July 2009. Chris is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of asset-based loans to a national customer base serviced through a dedicated network of offices throughout the United States. Chris joined RBS Business Capital in July of 2006 as Executive Vice President, where he led the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region, and also managed RBSBC’s capital market activities on a national basis. Chris spent most of his twenty-three year career in various asset-based lending, leveraged lending and capital market activities. Prior to joining RBSBC, Chris managed the Asset-Based Syndicated Loan team for Bank of America, which was the national leader in asset-based loan syndication. Chris led the Loan Syndication division at Fleet Bank, where he managed a group responsible for loan structuring, distribution and trading, as well as mezzanine and private placements. Previous experience includes various roles in asset-based lending, middle market corporate banking and leveraged finance at Bank of Boston and Fleet. Chris received his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and B.A. from Colby College.
Beverly L. Gray - Beverly Gray, based in Chicago, has portfolio responsibility on a national basis. Her responsibilities include customer relationship management, marketing of bank products and services to portfolio customers, and risk management. Beverly has 25 years of financial services experience including leasing, cash flow lending, and asset-based lending. Before joining RBS Citizens Business Capital, Beverly was a Senior Vice President and Regional Portfolio Manager for JPMorgan Chase where she had responsibility for a $1+ billion portfolio of asset-based transactions. Beverly in a native of Chicago and received both her B.A. and her M.B.A from the University of Chicago.
Donald B. Lewis - Don serves as the National Underwriting Manager based in Boston, bringing 20 years of asset-based lending experience to this role. He manages a team of underwriters with overall responsibility for structuring and underwriting asset-based loans across the footprint. Don has spent his entire career with RBS Citizens Business Capital and predecessor banks. He has held various positions, the last being Regional Portfolio Manager for the Northeast Region. Don received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from Bentley College. He is active in the Commercial Finance Association and Turnaround Management Association.
Ira J. Kreft - Ira is the Region Executive for the Midwest Region based in Chicago and is responsible for new business development. Ira has more than 20 years of leveraged-lending experience, ranging from asset-based to cash-flow lending. Before joining RBS Business Capital, Ira was Managing Director with New Star Financial. Prior to that, he was the Midwest Region Manager and Marketing Manager at Bank of America Business Capital, the middle market leveraged finance unit of Bank of America. During this time, his groups had originated, structured and underwritten more than $4 billion of leveraged finance transactions, including those with complex capital structures with second-lien, mezzanine and high-yield debt. Prior to his time in lending, Ira worked for six years in the audit and consulting groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Central Michigan University and M.B.A. from Michigan State University.
Albert Spada - Al serves as the National Sales Leader based in Stamford and brings more than 20 years of asset-based experience to this role. He is responsible for managing a team of new business development officers in six offices across the United States. He was previously with CIT, where he was executive vice president and chief sales officer. Prior to CIT, he spent 13 years at GE, where he held various positions, the last being a Managing Director and New York Region Manager. Al is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College and received his M.B.A. from the Stern School at New York University. He is active in the Commercial Finance Association and is a past president of the New York Chapter.
Jamie Ward - Jaime joined RBS Citizens in 2011 to form and lead the Retail Finance Group. He is based in Boston and has 21 years of overall asset-based experience, including 13 years of Retail Finance experience. Jaime came to RBS Citizens from Bank of America, where he was a Managing Director in the Retail Finance Group. Over the past 13 years, Jaime covered middle market and large retail industry clients as a trusted advisor and corporate banker, helping those firms raise over $8B in of working capital, acquisition finance and junior debt. Jaime received his BA from Bowdoin College and his MA from the School of International Service at American University.
