Qualified escrow agreement executed by Qualified Intermediary, Taxpayer and Citizens Bank. Account oversight and monitoring by our Institutional Services Group. Convenient Internet access. Disbursement by wire through dual authorization of the qualified intermediary and the taxpayer. 1099-INT year end reporting.
