Pay My Loan is a fast and easy way to make a loan payment.

Whether you have a car, boat, recreational vehicle, home equity loan, or home equity line of credit from Citizens Bank, you can easily make an online loan payment.

Your payment will post to your account on the same business day if paid by
4 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday)

Using Pay My Loan is easy and there is no charge for
using the service.

When making your payment, please make sure you have the following:

  • Your most recent loan statement and/or account number.
  • The zip code on your account.
  • The last four digits of the social security number of the primary borrower on the loan.

Forms of payment:

To make a payment you simply need an active savings or checking account, ATM/Debit card, or credit card.

  • If using your savings or checking account, please have your routing and account numbers on hand.
  • If using your ATM/Debit card, it should feature a Pulse, Star, or NYCE Logo.
  • If using a credit card, Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® are accepted.

Set up a recurring payment and have your payments automatically deducted from your savings or checking account. Download an enrollment form and mail the completed form to:

Allow 4 to 7 days for delivery and processing.
Mail your payments to the address that appears on your statement or coupon book.

Same day processing.
Simply stop by any Citizens Bank branch during normal business hours.
