Citizens Bank One Time Pay*

Provided by Online Resources, you can use this service for a one-time payment with debit or ATM card, or an electronic check. Using this service you can avoid late fees, and quickly make payments to your loan.

Please note that there is a convenience charge of $12.50 to use the One-Time Web Pay service provided by Online Resources.

What you need for payment:

• Your most recent statement.
• Your 14 digit account number, including leading zeroes.
• The zip code on your account.
• The last four digits of the social security number of the primary borrower on the loan.
• A valid and active ATM/Debit Card. Acceptable cards should have a Pulse, Star, or NYCE Logo
• Checking account: You need a valid checking account. Please have your routing and checking account number available.
• Savings account: You need a valid savings account. Please have your routing number and saving account available.

You can also make your payment by:

• Going in to any Citizens Branch during normal business hours.
• Calling us at 1-888-805-0200 to use our automated phone payment service (Please note this service also has a convenience charge of $12.50).
• Calling us at 1-800-708-6682 and speaking to a Citizens Bank Representative. (Please note that there is a convenience charge of $20.00 to make a payment with a representative)
• Mail your payments to the address that appears on your statement or coupon book. (Please consider the due date of your payment to allow for processing time)

* There is a convenience charge of $12.50 to use the One Time Pay service provided by Online Resources.  Please be advised that any payments made after 4:45PM Eastern Time, will be processed the next business day.
