Where can I find my membership number?
A: Your membership number can be found in your membership materials or in the welcome email that was sent to you after you enrolled in AutoVantage. If you have not received this email, please call customer service at 1-800-876-7787 to obtain your member number.
I forgot my Username and Password. What should I do?
A: Click on "Forget Your Username" or "Forget Your Password" at the top right-hand side of the autovantage.com home page. Complete the required fields and your username and/or password will be emailed to your address on file.

As an AutoVantage member, do I pay for emergency roadside assistance each time I request it?
A: AutoVantage members are entitled to a specific number of roadside assistance events each membership year at no out-of-pocket cost. Please check the membership terms and conditions for details of your service coverage.
How do I take advantage of the Service Center discounts?
A: The easiest way to search for discounts is to login to the AutoVantage web site at autovantage.com and navigate to the “Auto Maintenance” page. Click on the “Discount Auto Repair” link and perform a zip code search to find participating Service Center locations in your area. Print a coupon or use the code provided and the discount will be applied at the time of purchase.
What is the “Your Mechanics Hotline” and what can I expect if I call?
A: If your car requires maintenance or repair or if you are not sure what your car needs, Your Mechanics Hotline will help you find the answers to your questions. The phone hotline is manned by ASE Certified mechanics who will guide you through manufacturer recommended guidelines for all of your maintenance and repair needs. Additionally, if you have received an estimate for repair work and want a second opinion, Your Mechanics Hotline representatives will review your documentation to validate the scope of work and quoted price. And use is unlimited – call the hotline whenever you need assistance or advice!
