Everyday Points^® Program
$25 program annual fee applies. In the case where your only enrolled account(s) in the Program is the Credit Card and/or the Business Credit Card, you will not be charged the Annual Program Membership Fee. How do I enroll in Everyday Points®?
You can enroll in Everyday Points by simply calling 1-800-428-7463 or by visiting your nearest branch. All you need is a Business Checking Account with a Citizens Bank Everyday Points Business Debit Card or apply for a Citizens Bank Everyday Points Business Credit Card.

Is there an annual fee?
Yes, there is a $25 annual program fee on Everyday Points Business Debit Card only.

How do I earn Everyday Points?

1 point per $1 for Everyday Points Business Debit Card transactions when you sign the receipt or press "credit".
1 point per $2 for Everyday Points Business Debit Card transactions when using your PIN.
20 points for each online bill payment made via our Online Banking service.
Earn 3,500 bonus points after first use of your Everyday Points Business Credit Card.
2 points per $1 for Everyday Points Business Credit Card transactions.

How will I earn rewards points if I have a joint Business Checking or Everyday Points credit card account with more than one card linked to it?
If two or more Everyday Points Business Debit or Credit cards are linked to the same account, the points accumulated are added together and the total is applied to your account.

How long will it take for earned points to be reflected in the rewards points balance?
Earned points will be reflected the next business day after the transaction posts to your account. Please note that refunds will be deducted from your available Everyday Points balance.

How can I view my Everyday Points balance?
Points will appear on your monthly checking account and/or credit card statement. You may also check your up-to-the minute point balance online at http://www.citizensbankeverydaypoints.com or by calling 1-800-428-7463.

Who can redeem Everyday Points?
Any signer on the primary business checking account. can redeem Everyday Points. Your Business Credit Card points can be redeemed at the individual card holder or company-earn level.

What can I do with my points?
You can redeem your points for cash back, name brand merchandise, airline tickets, gift cards for your favorite restaurants and retailers, deposits into bank products such as savings or money market account, and more. How do I redeem Everyday Points?
