1. The Professionals First program includes a limit of one business and one personal monthly maintenance fee ‘free’ account. Although the maintenance fee is waived, other fees may apply.

2.Qualifying business checking accounts are Business Advisor Checking, Business Checking, or Commercial Checking. Discounted initial order of business checks is valid on your first check order processed through our preferred provider. See a banker for details.

3. Overdraft Plans: $30 Annual Fee for either of the Overdraft Line of Credit (waived for Business Advisor Checking accounts) or the Savings Overdraft Transfer Plan. $10 Transfer Fee for each transfer from your Overdraft Line of Credit. Interest will be charged on outstanding Overdraft Line of Credit balances. Credit approval required for the Overdraft Line of Credit.

4. 0.0% Introductory APR until the first day of your seventh billing cycle for your Everyday Points® Business MasterCard®. On the first day of your seventh billing cycle, your APR for Purchases will be set at 11.99%, 16.99%, 19.99% or 21.99% (as of 10/9/13). Your APR for purchases will be set at the Index plus a margin of 8.74, 13.74, 16.74 or 18.74 percentage points. We will determine your margin and APR based upon our review of your application and your credit history.

5. Bonus points will be posted to your Everyday Points® Business MasterCard® statement within two billing cycles. First purchase must occur within 90 days of account opening. You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be owed as a result of rewards earned and/or redeemed under this card. Please consult your tax advisor. 8. Merchant Processing (WorldPay): Offer includes Virtual Terminal and Mag-stripe reader at no cost. Applicable only to customers who meet WorldPay’s small business parameters. Customer must be new to WorldPay. Customer must sign WorldPay’s standard Customer Processing Agreement by December 31, 2014. Limited to one Mag-stripe reader and Virtual Terminal per business. 9. Citizens Bank business checking account customers are eligible for a one-time $50 bonus plus an ongoing 10% discount off payroll processing. The total amount of savings realized by a client depends on the actual number of employees paid, payroll services selected and length of time a client processes payroll with Paychex. The ongoing discount may take up to two billing cycles to go into effect and will continue as long as the client maintains their account with Citizens Bank. Paychex, Inc. agrees to provide a three-month money back satisfaction guarantee to all eligible Citizens Bank clients who enroll in Paychex payroll services. If you are not completely satisfied, Paychex will refund up to three months of fees. All refund requests must be received within three months of client’s first payroll run date. The client has the sole responsibility in declaring and paying any federal, state, or local taxes. All discounts apply to new Paychex customers only who are referred by RBS Citizens Financial Group. $50 Bonus will be paid into the applicable Citizens Bank checking account within 90 days of first running payroll and will be labeled as “Professionals First Bonus.” Earnings will be reported to the IRS for income tax purposes.
