E-Z Deposit® System Requirements

Thick Client Desktop Based E-Z Deposit Requirements

Money Manager GPS with E-Z Deposit is certified for use only with Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 6.0 SP1 or 6.0 SP2 browsers. Please note: we are currently only providing limited support for Internet Explorer 7.0. For the best customer experience, we recommend using one of the certified browser versions listed as they have been tested and certified to work with the application.

Browsers must have 128-bit encryption. JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled, and you should have a local or network directory to store templates and files. If your browser does not meet the above standards, you will receive an error message and will NOT be allowed to access Money Manager GPS with E-Z Deposit. You will be required to upgrade your browser to one of the certified versions listed above in order to log into Money Manager GPS with E-Z Deposit.

If your browser exceeds the above standards, you will be allowed into Money Manager GPS with E-Z Deposit. Typically, browser versions are upward compatible and should not cause any performance issues. However, the bank cannot guarantee that you will not experience any difficulties, as these versions have not been tested for use with Money Manager GPS.

Download Internet Explorer® 6.0 (SP1) from Microsoft®.

Recommended Minimum System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 2000 SP4, XP Professional SP1 or SP2. Please note: we do not currently support Apple® Macintosh® based platforms.
  • Memory: > 256Mb Ram
  • Processor Speed: >233 Mhz
  • Screen Resolution: 800x600
  • High-Speed Internet Connection (DSL/Cable/T1): Strongly recommended for performance reasons
  • Local or Network Directory: Money Manager GPS only-required to store templates, BAI files, ACH files, and PDF reports
  • Printer: Required for printing reports to hardcopy
  • Adobe® Reader® required to save or read reports saved in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF)
  • Adobe® Flash® Player® version 6.0 or higher. (Flash player is not required. However, if a version is present it must meet the requirement above.)
  • TIFF™ file viewer instructions from:

EZ Deposit standalone installation - workstations are not networked to other workstations or to a server. During the install, the Client application, Image Quality Assurance and CAR/LAR engines are installed on the local PC.

EZ Deposit network installation - supports networking capabilities for up to 5 workstation installations and a Site Server. During the install, Image Quality Assurance and optical character recognition engines (CAR/LAR and OCR/ICR) are installed on the site server, not the local PC. This provides site-wide management of such features as: duplicate item detection, user management, Host communications, batch management, and access management.

Minimum System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 2000 SP4, XP Professional SP1 or SP2
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 with Microsoft 128-bit encryption (does not support IE7)
  • CD-ROM Drive: Required for the application installation
  • Internet Connection: High-speed Internet access via LAN required to upload transaction data and check images
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader: in order to install the application as well as open documentation after the installation

Standalone-Specific System Requirements

  • Processor: Intel® Pentium IV™ processor or compatible, 2.6 GHz or higher
  • Memory: 512 MB RAM
  • Hard Drive space: 5 GB free for the application and transaction data
  • Scanner Connection: Available 9-pin serial port, PC Card slot or USB 2.0 port (depends on scanner)
  • Receipt Printer: Available USB port either to the local workstation or via LAN

Network-Specific System Requirements

  • Processor: Intel® Pentium III™ processor or compatible, 500 MHz or higher
  • Memory: 128 MB RAM
  • Hard Drive space: 500 MB free for the application and transaction data
  • Scanner Connection: Available 9-pin serial port, PC Card slot or USB 2.0 port (depends on scanner)
  • Receipt Printer: Available USB port either to the local workstation or via LAN

Network Site Server Requirements

  • Processor: Intel® Pentium IV™ processor or compatible, 2.6 GHz or higher
  • Memory: 512 MB RAM
  • Hard Drive space: 5 GB free for each networked workstation and transaction data (for example, 5 workstations = 25 GB of hard drive space required)
