- Download your account information for free with Web Connect or Statement Download from Citizens Bank by signing into your online banking account and clicking the “Export” icon.

Once you have your cash management software of choice installed, simply sign into your small business bank account online. Click on the “Export” icon from the Account Summary page, or click on the "Download Account Data" button from the Account History page to transfer your business banking information into one of the products below:
