We believe that the performance of our suppliers has a direct impact on the quality of products and services offered to our customers. As such, we select suppliers based on quality, service and value.
The purchasing and supply requirements of all our brands and businesses within the Group are undertaken by Sourcing & Vendor Management. Working with our internal business partners we identify, select, manage and develop the optimal supply base to ensure that the current and future purchasing needs of the Group are delivered. Our team deploys a professional approach to purchasing and utilizes eSourcing technology for RFI’s; RFP’s and online bid events. Corporate responsibility, including supplier diversity, regulatory and business continuity objectives are integral to our approach.
The Group purchases a broad range of goods and services for our varied business needs. This extends from outsourcing of business processes through to more routine items like the office supplies that we use every day. Specific goods include IT hardware and software, furniture and marketing material. Specific services include telecommunications, contractors, legal and professional services, HR services, credit and debt products, marketing, travel, logistics and facilities management.
How we select and engage suppliers
We aim to identify responsible suppliers and to treat them fairly within criteria that will deliver high standards of performance and value. We conduct our tendering and assessment process in a fair and ethical manner.
How to register your interest in supplying to the Group
By completing the online supplier registration form, you can provide us with information about your organization and what you can supply. This information will be held on file and may be used to assess your suitability to be considered to provide goods or services to us. This does not constitute any form of pre-qualification status.
We will retain your information on file. However, we encourage you to submit an updated profile on an annual basis so that we have the most up-to-date information in our database. To update your profile please navigate to Preferences and choose Edit.
