We are excited to announce that on November 5, 2024, our Citizens One Credit Card name is changing to the Citizens Credit Card to better reflect our brand and mission. This rebrand will require that you make changes in your Quicken, QuickBooks or Credit Karma software. Please take of the important dates below actions below to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below based on the product you use. The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates.
Quicken and QuickBooks users
1st action date: November 1, 2024
A data file backup and final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date because transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
2nd action date: November 5, 2024
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection. Citizens One Credit Card will now appear as Citizens Credit Card.
Credit Karma users
As your financial institution completes its system conversion beginning on November 5, 2024, Credit Karma aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days.
No action is needed from you. However, for a successful account update, do not log into your Credit Karma account until on or after November 12, 2024.
