What you can do at an ATM
Personalize your experience by:
- Setting your language: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, or Russian.
- Picking your receipt preferences: E-receipt, Printed receipt, No receipt, or choose to be asked for each transaction.
- Fast Cash: Cash your way by selecting your fast cash amounts and more!
What you can do at an ITM
The screen for our Citizens Virtual Assistants has the same look and feel as the ATMs, yet you can accomplish more because you have the option to speak with a live person.

Card and Phone Tap and card before cash
At most ATMs, you can simply tap your card or phone to begin your transaction. At our other ATMs, if inserting your card, receiving your card before your cash means you’ll never forget your card in the ATM again. Making for a more secure transaction and less likely you’ll be without your card.

ATM FAQ's
- Insert or tap card
- Enter PIN #
- Select 'Deposit'
- Choose deposit type: cash, check or deposit with cash back. Each deposit type is chosen separately.
- Choose the account
- Choose if you'd like a receipt (if not preset in preferences). If printed, choose if you would like check images printed (check images not available for eReceipts)
- Insert or tap card, or tap phone (withdrawals & balance inquiries only)
- Enter PIN #
- Choose fast cash or withdrawal. If you choose fast cash, skip to step 6.
- Choose account
- Select any dollar amount. You will be asked if you would like to choose your own denominations.
- Choose if you'd like a receipt (if not preset in preferences)
- Insert or tap card
- Enter PIN #
- Choose Transfer
- Choose from account, then to account
- Select any dollar amount
- Choose if you'd like a receipt (if not preset in preferences)
- Insert card
- Enter PIN #
- Choose more options
- Change PIN #
- Select new PIN #
- Insert or tap card, or tap phone (withdrawals & balance inquiries only)
- Enter PIN #
- Choose balance inquiry
- Choose account
- Choose if you want a printed receipt or just view the balance
Preferences are available for selecting language (English, Spanish, French, Chinese) (Portuguese and Russian coming soon), fast cash amounts and receipts. To setup or change your existing selections, select "ATM Preferences" after inserting card and entering your PIN #.
Fast Cash can be set in amounts from $20 up to $400, in multiples of $20.
