No forms are needed. In our app, select subscriptions, recurring bills and any other retailers where your payment information is saved.

Billers will automatically change the recurring/subscription payment to the Checking account, debit card or credit card you prefer. For example, when shopping online, your selected card will be saved at checkout, so it's ready for your next purchase.

Switch Payments updates the account a merchant uses for purchases, subscriptions, and recurring bills. The merchant continues to process payments using your updated card or checking account information.

Bill Pay works differently. Instead of the merchant withdrawing funds from your account, Citizens sends payments to the biller for you according to your payment schedule.
