• What is Citizens Savings Tracker?

  Citizens Savings Tracker is a tool for customers to build savings to reach a personalized goal such as saving for a new house, car, or dream vacation through the mobile app². The tool provides eligible customers with three options (Smart Save, Round-Ups, Pay Yourself 1^st) to automatically save towards their personalized goals by simply doing their everyday banking activities. Or set up automatic transfers, to have recurring transfers to fund your savings goal.

• What accounts do I need to have to qualify for the Citizens Savings Tracker?

  To set up your first goal, all you need to get started is an eligible Citizens Personal Savings account or Money Market account.

  To take advantage of Smart Save³, Round Ups⁴, and Pay Yourself 1^st, you will also need an eligible Citizens Personal Checking Account.

• How do I create a goal with Citizens Savings Tracker?

  Step 1: Open an eligible Citizens Personal Savings or Money Market Account

  Step 2: Download the Citizens Mobile Banking App² and register for mobile banking

  Step 3: Select the "Financial Wellbeing" section in the app's menu and create a goal!

• How can I see my goal progress?

  Each time you log back into the mobile app², you can check on the progress of your savings goals through the Financial Wellbeing section of the app.
