Champions in Action
Our Champions in Action program rewards nonprofit organizations that are dedicated to creating lasting change in our communities. The program provides unrestricted funding, local promotion, volunteer support and publicity.
Education Design Lab
The Citizens Community College Accelerator, in partnership with Education Design Lab, accelerates education-to-workforce learnings and creates micro-credentialing pathways.
Girls Who Code
Girls Who Code helps girls learn computer science skills and explore careers in technology. Our partnership supports their Summer Immersion Program, a free virtual program where participants learn to code, gain leadership skills and learn about career opportunities in technology.
LISC
Through a national partnership with LISC, we fund programs designed to help close the opportunity gap in our communities. The programs we fund provide digital training and inclusion, recruit and train for high demand jobs, help people find work, advance in their careers and get on a path toward financial empowerment.
Pursuit
Pursuit is an innovative social impact organization whose mission is to create economic transformation where it is needed most. Pursuit builds pathways to lucrative, long-term tech careers for hundreds of diverse, low-income, high-potential adults by providing supportive training as well as solutions to systemic barriers in workforce development.
Year Up
For more than 20 years, Citizens has partnered with Year Up United (formerly Year Up), providing young adults with the professional and technical skills hiring companies need. Citizens hosts interns, supports students with mentorship, provides career development opportunities and coaching and invests in Year Up United’s digital inclusion programs.
