General disclosures

Annual fee disclosure: Annual Fee per Account. No additional fee for Authorized User(s). $200 Fee Waiver ($95 Annual Fee) for customers that maintain a Citizens Quest Checking Account relationship. $295 Fee Waiver ($0 Annual Fee) for customers that maintain a Private Bank and/or Private Client Checking Account relationship. Cardholder must have stated Citizens Account relationship at Credit Card Account Opening and at each subsequent Account anniversary date in order for the waiver to apply. Otherwise, the full Annual Fee will be charged to the Account. Account relationship will be assessed periodically. The Annual Fee for new credit card customers is charged on the second statement cycle, and each subsequent Annual Fee will be charged on the card's anniversary date. The Annual Fee for existing Citizens cardholders is charged on the card's anniversary date.

Annual travel credits disclosure: Spend $10 or more in a statement cycle on eligible travel purchases and earn a $10 statement credit on your Citizens Summit Reserve® World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card: Maximum earn is 1 credit per statement cycle, up to 12 credits per year ($120 maximum benefit per year). Eligible travel purchases include those made at retailers whose merchant category code is one of the following: airlines, trains, hotels, resorts, local mass commuter transportation, including ferries, and trains. Purchases made through a third-party site or by a vendor that does not categorize themselves under one of the qualifying travel merchant category codes will not be eligible for the statement credit. Purchases are submitted and categorized by the merchant. Merchants are assigned a merchant code, which is determined by the merchant, or its processor based on the products and services they primarily sell. Citizens does not choose the merchant code or control how purchases are classified. You will not receive the statement credit if the merchant's code is not eligible. This Rewards Program is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Reward Guide. You will receive the Reward Guide when your account is opened. The Reward Guide will explain the program, including the following: A) Earn cash back rewards on all eligible net purchases. A net purchase is the amount of a purchase less any credits, returns and adjustments. Certain transactions do not qualify for cash back rewards. Credit building disclosure: Citizens reports information about your Account to credit bureaus. Payments made by your billing statement due date can help build or establish your credit. Negative credit information, including late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your Account may be reflected in your credit report and may adversely impact your ability to build credit. Subject to individual credit approval.

Credit score disclosure: A prequalification request will not impact your credit score. Rate estimates / terms subject to change after full application review. A subsequent application will result in an inquiry on your credit report.

Creditworthiness disclosure: You must meet other applicable underwriting criteria. When we evaluate your creditworthiness, we consider all the information you provide on your application, your credit report, and other information. If you have a credit score, we may use that in our evaluation. Not having a credit record may impact your chance of approval. Independent ability to make the required minimum payment amounts or a signed agreement from a co-signer is required.

Global Entry and TSA PreCheck disclosure: To be eligible for a rewards credit you must use your Citizens Summit Reserve® World Elite Mastercard® to pay the application fee. Citizens has no control over either program including, but not limited to, applications, approval process or enrollment, or fees charged by US Customs Border Protection or TSA, and has no liability regarding any aspect of either the Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®. Beginning 4/1/2024 and running through 1/31/2026, subject to early termination.
