In partnership with Education Design Lab, we’ve launched the Citizens Community College Accelerator at community colleges in MA, NY, NJ, PA, and RI. These innovative micro-credential programs help accelerate education-to-workforce learnings to meet regional industry needs.

Through our national partnership with LISC, we fund programs designed to help close the opportunity gap in our communities. These programs provide digital training, job recruitment, career advancement, and financial empowerment pathways.

For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with Year Up United, helping young adults build professional and technical skills in high-demand industries. We host interns, provide mentorship, career development, and coaching, and invest in Year Up United’s career pathways programming.
