How to access Presale Tickets

Customers can use their cards to buy presale tickets through Ticketmaster before they’re available to the general public. To access tickets during the presale period, just enter the first six numbers of your Citizens debit or credit card (unless otherwise stated) into the Offer Code field on ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster mobile app. All Citizens cardholders have the chance to purchase presale tickets before the general public, but ticket availability isn’t guaranteed. What is Skip-the-Line Entry?

Citizens cardholders can enjoy skip-the-line entry at our general admission music venues and shows. For early entry, just look for the Fastlane and skip-the-line signs outside of each venue and show your Citizens debit or credit cards (digital cards accepted) to a member of the event staff. This benefit is available for eligible ticket holders only (plus an additional guest) at participating events and is subject to venue capacity and restrictions.

Does it cost anything to access the exclusive benefits in Pittsburgh?

Not at all! Cardholder benefits are available free-of-charge to Citizens debit and credit card customers. Please note that while Citizens charges no fees, there may be fees when purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster. Citizens debit or credit cards could also have fees, such as annual fees or late fees.

How can I get a Citizens debit card?

If you already have a Citizens checking account, there are several simple ways to request a debit card: Log into your online profile and use our Live Chat feature. Order one through our mobile app Call Customer Service at 1-800-922-9999. Visit your local branch to have one issued on the spot. If you're not a Citizens checking customer, open an account and request a debit card at that time.
